Product quality is a main focus of SolaX, with their inverters made up of components from selected well-known international providers; including inductance cores from Hitachi, and current sensors from LEM.
Their thorough quality management process sees all products passed through 8 rigorous steps before being signed off as compliant. The 8 step testing process follows a set procedure, with all products being put through an AOI Test, Single Board Test, Safety Test, ATE Test, Aging Test, another Safety Test and ATE Test before the final Vibration Test.
This rigorous testing procedure means SolaX products comply with a range of International Authorized Certification standards in over 20 countries including New Zealand, Australia, Germany, and the UK.
The state of the art, 240’000 m2 production facility holds over USD$20,000,000 of investment in professional equipment, including an SMT machine, automatic plug in line and a dedicated TUV testing laboratory.
